I have worked on stuff like:

Measuring the trade-offs among economic, social, and environmental impact when designing future energy systems.

Determining the parameters to run on a set of oil wells to optimize water and energy use.

Writing multiscale mathematical progams (like the ones above) efficiently.

Currently on a mission to help meet the demand for silicon chips with math.

Here are some products that I'm actively developing:

A decision-making tool for the multiscale modeling and optimization of systems under uncertainty.

It has been applied towards the design of future energy systems, carbon accounting and life cycle analysis, robust scheduling, modeling reverse material chains.

An algebraic modeling language (AML) that formulates multiparametric mixed integer linear programs & subsets of the problem class.

Modeling elements are mutable, allows constraints to be updated. Formulations
can be output as .mps files and passed to solvers. Programs are displayed in set notation.
